RegCard, Folio, Receipts, Miscellaneous vouchers etc. and any other forms will be digitalize in PDF by using a tablet to review, sign and approval. So you will no longer meet any paper anymore in the front office counter.

Spend too much time on photocopy ID/Passport, photocopy of credit card slip as it get faded etc. now you can snap any documents you want and store in digitally in your PC where you can also locate them anytime you want.
