With E-Voucher, merchants can now conveniently issuing the Hotel F&B and Room Package Voucher and set up promotional campaigns to reach more customers and increase sales.

Create an Assessment user ID and customize the files that require for external assessment either on or off site of the property. This function allow anyone to review or audit the hotel internal control reports anywhere by log in into the system.

A summary dashboard that allow the Manager to have a quick review on the tasks, workflow, employee actions etc. without having to spend a lots of time.

Basically, this is another add on features that allow the system to auto pick up the designated files from any folder and send for approval as per the workflow setup. This is eliminate the manual process of uploading the reports and route for approval.

Users can differentiate the workflow template by grouping them into different workflow type. For example, Daily Rate Check report is group under Control Self-Assessment Workflow Type. They can also set up a Corporate Template that can be use globally after one time set up.

This enhance feature very popular among Regional, Area role, Cluster role etc. as they need to access into more than 1 property for their review or audit.
